GrafanaCon

GrafanaCon is a conference I organize to discuss time series data visualization, data series data, open source monitoring and serve as a platform for the extended Grafana community to come together to learn, share knowledge, and meet like-minded data aficionados.

As of March 2018 we’ve hosted three GrafanaCon conferences; two in New York City and GrafanaCon EU in Amsterdam. We’ve been thrilled to make each event larger than the last, with over 350 attendees and speakers from Google, Microsoft, Intel, Uber, Bloomberg, CERN, Booking.com, Sony, and many many more.

While profits are great – that’s not the aim of this conference. Profits we realize are put back into the conference to make the event even better, or we find a way to do good. In March of 2018 we took proceeds from a block of angel tickets to donate $20,000 to the EFF, a non-profit that has spent the last three decades fighting for open source software and the continued freedom of the Internet for the people.
